Richard Almeida, EA
Richard is our Tax Manager. He began work with the firm in October, 2008. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Management at the University of Texas at Dallas in December of 2007.
Richard not only helps with the preparation and review of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns, but assists with accounting for various clients in the office.
Richard was born and brought up in India and moved to Texas in 2003. He is very friendly, loyal and goal-oriented. He plays cricket for the North Texas Cricket Association and enjoys meeting new people from different cultures. Richard is married with two children.

James Zalaznik, EA
James is our Tax Manager as well as the Marketing Director. He joined the firm in 2013 and received an undergraduate degree in business administration from St. Edwards University in 2013 as well as his Master's of Accountancy from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017.
In addition to helping with the preparation of individual, partnership and corporate tax returns, James is in charge of all of the firm's marketing campaigns and materials including keeping the website updated.
James collects vintage corkscrews in his spare time and is one of the world's foremost experts on the subject.

Solyana Eshete
Solyana is our staff accountant who began working with the firm in January 2024. She moved to the U.S. in 2019 and completed her undergraduate degree in Accounting at The University of North Texas in July. Currently, she is pursuing her Master's degree in Accounting at The University of North Texas, further building her expertise in the field. Originally from Ethiopia, Solyana brings a unique perspective to our team with her diverse background and strong work ethic. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking.
Tin Pham
Tin is our intern staff accountant who joined the firm in July 2024. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting at The University of Texas at Dallas, Tin assists with preparing individual, trust, and estate returns.
Originally from Vietnam, Tin moved to Texas in 2013. Known for his outgoing nature and strong communication skills, he is always ready to help. In his free time, Tin enjoys going to the gym, competing in small soccer and football 7v7 leagues, and traveling.

Elysa Torres
Elysa is our intern staff accountant. She began working with the firm in August 2024. She is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accounting at The University of Texas at Dallas as a 2022 Terry Scholar.
Elysa helps with the preparation of individual, partnership, and corporate returns. Elysa is from the Houston-Metropolitan Area and moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area in order to pursue her studies.
She enjoys spending time doing figure drawing and assisting incoming freshmen build their resumes.

David Zalaznik
David is our IT manager. He is in charge of all of our software and equipment purchases. David maintains the integrity of our network and database. He has been in charge of these areas of the firm since 1989. David attended Georgia Tech and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
