Richard Almeida, EA
Richard is our Tax Manager and has passed the Enrolled Agents exam with the IRS. He began work with the firm in 2008. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Management at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2007.
Richard not only helps with meetings with clients and reviews of individual, partnership, corporate, and estate tax returns, but also assists with accounting for various clients in the office.
Richard was born and brought up in India and moved to Texas in 2003. He is very friendly, loyal, and goal-oriented. He enjoys cricket and meeting new people from different cultures. Richard is married with two children.

James Zalaznik, EA
James is our Tax Manager as well as the Marketing Director. He has passed the Enrolled Agents exam given by the IRS. He joined the firm in 2013 and received an undergraduate degree in business administration from St. Edwards University in 2013, as well as his Master's of Accountancy from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017.
In addition to assisting with the preparation and review of individual, partnership, estate, and corporate tax returns, James is responsible for managing all the firm's marketing campaigns and materials, including maintaining the website.
James collects vintage corkscrews in his spare time and is one of the world's foremost experts on the subject.

Solyana Eshete
Solyana is a staff accountant who began working with the firm in January 2024. She moved to the U.S. from Ethiopia in 2019 and completed her undergraduate degree in Accounting at the University of North Texas. Currently, she is pursuing her Master's degree in Accounting at The University of North Texas, further building her expertise in the field. She is currently studying for the CPA exam. She brings a unique perspective to our team with her diverse background and strong work ethic. She is married, and outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking.
Tin Pham, EA
Tin is our staff accountant who joined the firm in July 2024. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting at The University of Texas at Dallas, Tin assists with preparing individual, trust, partnership, corporation and estate returns. Tin has passed all 3 parts of the Enrolled Agents exam with the IRS, showing he is seriously interested in the income tax area.
Originally from Vietnam, Tin moved to Texas in 2013. Known for his outgoing nature and strong communication skills, he is always ready to help. In his free time, Tin enjoys going to the gym, competing in small soccer and football 7v7 leagues, and traveling.

Elysa Torres, EA
Elysa is a staff accountant. She began working with the firm in August 2024. She is currently a senior pursuing her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accounting at The University of Texas at Dallas as a 2022 Terry Scholar. Elysa has passed all 3 parts of the Enrolled Agents exam with the IRS, showing she is seriously interested in the income tax area.
Elysa helps with the preparation of individual, partnership, trust, estate, and corporate returns. Elysa is from the Houston-Metropolitan Area and moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area in order to pursue her studies.
She enjoys spending time doing figure drawing and assisting incoming freshmen in building their resumes.

David Zalaznik
David is our IT manager. He is in charge of all of our software and equipment purchases. David maintains the integrity of our network and database. He has been in charge of these areas of the firm since 1989. David attended Georgia Tech and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
